At June & Jade, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders across New Zealand and to our international guests.

Shipping Zones and Costs We deliver to all addresses within New Zealand and to international locations (Australia, USA, EU & worldwide). Shipping is free for all orders, with no hidden charges at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times To ensure your order is processed quickly, please note our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 PM (NZST).

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery (Processing + Shipping):

    • New Zealand: 6–9 business days (Typical transit time: 7–12 business days after dispatch).

    • International: 8–18 business days (Typical transit time: 7–16 business days after dispatch, depending on destination).

Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or customs processing for international orders. While we are not responsible for these external factors, we guarantee that your order will be delivered.

Packaging Policy To maintain our commitment to free shipping and environmental efficiency, our garments are delivered in secure, protective shipping packaging (such as durable mailers or protective sleeves). Any decorative hangers or luxury gift boxes featured in our lifestyle photography are for presentation purposes only and are not included with standard purchases unless specified.

Address Accuracy As a guest of June & Jade, you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot change the destination address once an order has been dispatched. June & Jade is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address details. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-shipment.

Taxes & Customs

  • New Zealand Orders: All prices shown on our website for NZ delivery are final.

  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside of New Zealand, the recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

Tracking Your Order Once your new favorite pieces are on their way, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your delivery at any time as it makes its way to your doorstep.

Possible Delays Deliveries may occasionally experience delays during high-volume periods (such as Christmas or seasonal sales), customs inspections, or unforeseen courier issues. Our Customer Happiness Host, Maya, will do her best to keep you informed of any significant changes to your delivery status.
